What is supervision like?
At this time, supervision sessions are online though zoom. I use the ACES and HEARTS model of supervision in both EFT and licensure supervision, which has a growth oriented and experiential focus. This model incorporates focus on supervisor-supervisee alliance, conceptualization based on theory, experiential learning through role plays and video tape review, and an exploration of self-of-therapist experiences as they arise through the therapy process.
