Disclaimer: although I do receive a small referral commission for each of the following tools, I would recommend them regardless!

For Couples & Relationships

1. The Relate Assessment assesses 10 major aspects of relationships and covers topics such as overcoming conflict, sexual intimacy, as well as anxiety and depression. This is the assessment my husband and I used during pre-marital couples counseling to determine what areas we may need to talk about and work on as a couple, as well as what we were already doing well in our relationship. It was helpful for us and I fully believe it is helpful for very couple! Use the code "POLINSKY20" to get 20% the assessment!

2. My #1 Book Recommendation for Couples is Hold Me Tight by Sue Johnson

3. Another Good Book is Attached by Amir Levine and Rachel Heller

4. For Sex Concerns:  Wanting Sex Again by Laurie Watson

5. For Sex Concerns: Come As You Are by Emily Nagoski

For Individuals

1. My #1 Book  Recommendation for Depression & Anxiety is Get Out of Your Mind and Into Your Life by Steven Hayes

2. Another Great Book for Depression & Anxiety is The Happiness Trap by Russ Harris

3. On how to choose a romantic partner, The Science of Happily Ever After by Ty Tashiro
